first things first.
weather sucked.
leg sucked.
knee lift sucked.
jump sucked.
(and you go "there she goes grumbling again.")
well, what can i do?
BUT, i'm not go into depression and what not's.

well, the day started of great! (:
went to church. sat with angie and both of us were nervous together.
hahahas. weird us.
she took a lift with us and we had lunch.
and we both drank carrot + green apple juice!
muahahas.. (:
went to gombak.
weather was CRAZY AS HELL!
so darn bloody HOT!
drained all my energy.
i was perspiring at ps and while warming up
i was drenched! practically raining.
sheesh.

praticed jumps were fine.
just that i didn't go high enough and
i kept over-stepping the board. ):
and when the actual jump came.
i screwd it all up.
stupid me. my best was what? 4.08m
because of MY BUTT.
big ass.
think everyone wasn't doing as well as they should.
like 50cm behind? yeahh.
comforted angie. she was so sad.
but managed to get her back smiling! (:
went back and comforted myself.
ate food and i wore gails MEDAL
to keep me happy! lols!
like 10ppl thought i had 1st!

SAMMIE IS BACK! HEEHEE! ^^V
screamed like i said i would when i saw him
and i saw someone else with him! giggles.

lets see. the rest of the runners were GREAT MANS!
weee. so fun! hahas. so COOL! (:
ahh well. gonna go back to school tomorrow.
